MyCompanyWorks by RASi is moving to Wolters Kluwer

Wolters Kluwer, a global leader in professional information and services, has agreed to buy Registered Agent Solutions Inc. (RASi) from Lexitas.

RASi helps small businesses, middle-market companies, and law firms with formation and compliance services, such as Registered Agent, Business Licensing, and Virtual Office. This deal will help Wolters Kluwer expand its reach and offer even better services to its customers. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the first half of 2025, pending regulatory approvals.
