If you have clients that start or own businesses, we can make your job both easier and more profitable. The Reseller Program is simple and free to join: you place orders on our website using our secure order form and manage everything with one account in the My Account Dashboard (MAD).
You don’t need a website or anything special to become a Reseller, you just submit orders for whatever your client needs directly to us and we do all the work – you charge your client whatever you like and they never need to know we exist.
You can offer your customers our LLC and Incorporation and compliance services in all 50 states (including Annual Reports, Amendments and even Dissolutions – the total business lifecycle).

How Does it Work?
- You sign up for a free account online and submit your orders to us (takes only a few minutes).
- We process your orders, “white label” them (remove our logo/name) and send the completed order directly to you (electronically or via mail – your choice). We communicate with you any questions or concerns.
- You charge your client whatever you want. We interact only with you as your “silent partner” while you provide support to your customers.

Some of our products like Virtual Office and MyCompanyWorks Premium are managed via our website so if you want to order those on behalf of your customers you’ll need to login and manage those products on our website on your customers’ behalf (assuming you want us to remain as the silent partner).

After you place your first order, you’ll be given a 15% discount off all of our retail prices (see the links above for current pricing) and that discount can go higher depending on your volume (next tier starting after 10+ orders per month).

How Do I Start?
There’s no cost or fees to become a Reseller and signing up is simple: you can either sign up now for an account or you can simply place an order when you’re ready. To sign up when placing an order, simply click the “Reseller Option” at checkout and check the box to become a Reseller – that’s it! You now have a Reseller account and we’ll “white label” your orders.
