How do I access the handbooks, forms or copies of my documents?

To download documents from the “My Account” section of our site, just go here: https://secure.mycompanyworks.com/ to login. You will need to enter your email address and Order Number or password associated with this account. NOTE: these must be entered exactly as written with no spaces before or after.

Once you are logged in, you can download the documents from your Welcome Kit package in the “My Documents” section. General forms and the New Corporation and New LLC Handbooks are available in the “Forms & Documents” Section. A start-up checklist with information specific to your state is in the “Start-Up Checklist” section. Additional Resources and links are in the “Startup Resources” section.
