There are four different ways to work with us:
The Reseller Program is simple and free to join: you place orders on our website using our secure order forms and manage everything with one account in the My Account Dashboard (MAD). If you currently manage multiple business entities (or intend to), this is the easiest way to have us do the grunt work.
We process your orders, “white label” (remove our logo/name) and send the completed order directly to you. You can charge your client whatever you would like. We interact only with you as your “silent partner” while you provide support to your customers.

If you prefer a more “hands off” approach, then you can simply refer your customers to us either via links or a special code and we’ll send you a referral payment for each completed order. We work with your customers directly and ship completed orders to them.

Referral Program – every customer of MyCompanyWorks gets a referral code (and link) they can give to their friends, family and associates. For every completed order submitted with your code, we’ll send you a referral payment. To access your code/link, login to the My Account Dashboard (MAD) and select “Referral Program”. We can offer higher payouts or discounts to your customers based on volume (5 or more orders per month minimum).
API Order Submission (requires 30 or more orders per month minimum volume) – we’ve built a complete entity formation and management system via API for you to add business entity formation and management to your own application. The way it works is we create an API account for you, you integrate our API into your own system and send us various orders for business formations and other filings. We complete the filing and return the documents back to you via the API (webhook). Your customer doesn’t need to know we exist (you will bill them and support them directly) and you can now offer complete entity formation and management to your customers.

We specifically are looking for partners that would be willing to have a reciprocal marketing relationship whereby our services would be offered to your clients in exchange for us offering your product/service to our clients via the MyCompanyWorks Vendor Network.
