After more than 15 years as MyNewCompany we’d like to announce that we’ve changed our company name to MyCompanyWorks™! We’re the same company with the same ownership and employees – just changing our name. Over the next few weeks we’ll be updating our website, emails, documents, logos, etc. so please excuse any inconsistencies you see during that time. Note that the old email addresses will work and the old domain name will automatically forward you to our new one!
We simply outgrew the name MyNewCompany because we’ve evolved over time to do a lot more than just form new companies. We provide a full range of business formation as well as entity management and other small business services. We also have several thousand repeat customers that use our Registered Agent and Compliance services and many of them agreed that the name became somewhat confusing over time.
We wanted the name to be familiar to our existing clients so the words “My” and “Company” were retained. We added the word “Works” to be distinctive and to indicate that we’re now a full entity management platform that will help your company “Work” right – it also indicates that we’re “Working” for your company’s success.
